Maytag Centennial
« on: May 18, 2011, 08:25:02 PM »

Anyone have any ideas why a maytag centennial fills with more water each time the lids is open and closed.  Even when the tub is already filled to the correct level  The water level pressure switch checks out on all three terminals when air pressure is applied.  The air tube is not restricted.

How much water are you talking about? A few seconds worth?

That must be a bad water level switch.

Check the tube to the water level switch for a slow leak.
