New Style Cabrio Washer Code Help!
« on: December 16, 2016, 06:27:19 PM »

This washer is acting weird according to the customer. Not finishing cycles sometimes. Could not  get codes to come up.  I watched for 45 min and nothing unusual except the time displayed to finish bounces around. Below is the code she emailed me but do not see that particular code.

Had anyone seen this one?

can't take credit for it. Found on another page
The "int" means interrupt. The "int" will display when the user presses "Stop" trying to interrupt the "Clean Cycle" and the "INT" will not go away when pressing start and will not resume the cycle.

If necessary the cleaning cycle may be interrupted by pressing the STOP button. However, this will not immediately stop the cycle. The machine will display "int" (interrupt) and continue with several rinses and drain steps to ensure that all remaining bleach is rinsed from the washer. When the Clean washer cycle is paused "INT" the control board's software stores position of the cycle; even if the power is disconnected from the unit the control still saves the position of the cycle. Disconnecting the power supply from the machine will not clear the "INT". It will take the unit 3-5 seconds to resume the cycle once the start keys is pressed to resume the cycle. If the unit does not resume within 3-5 seconds check the connections between the user interface and the main control board. This is done to make sure that all of the Bleach water is removed from the unit so that there is not any damage to the clothing. NOTE: "INT" will only come up if the bleach has already been flushed from the dispenser. This is done to make sure all of the bleach is rinsed out of the tub.

Why would come up during regular wash?  I assume this is control board failure then?

I've seen weird happenings twice on this machine . The first time was a loose neutral in the wall plug , the second time was a wall plug wired incorrectly . This washer goes crazy when hydro is not perfect and clean .I doubt its a control board .
