After unplugging the beast, take off the top, then the control panel, then the front panel (includes disconnecting the door boot) and you will have access to all the hoses. Never fun but once you do it a few times it gets easier <groan>
Something to try before that, just take off the top panel and in the left rear is a vacuum break (looks like an upside down plastic U) with a small hose connected there and to the top of the outer drum. This can get filled with some really fun slime, and if plugged CAN cause the long drain time. Otherwise there is something plugging the pump, hoses or the fill level sensor has a problem.
