It is a real shame, especially at this time of year. Maybe the company should cut
some of the fat and put more into quality control. I do a lot of work for a small town appliance store and it is an embarassmet when you deliver 2 new washers
(still in box) to the same customer that don't work and a 3rd is tested before attempting to deliver that doesn't work, all 3 same model with same defective
temperature switch. I have had 2 new Dryers go out that no belts or idler pulleys
(out of the box) I had 1 last month that wire harness was not connected to the motor nor the limit switches. Issues like these do not bolster consumer confidence. I can't imagine why sells are dropping off. The company I worked for dropped there Applaince department (to much negative feedback)
