I have the fast track.   I have no voltage to my compressor inverter and no voltage to my fan.  It appears to be stuck in Demo mode, as the inside lights work and the temperature indicators are doing the Knight Rider impersonation.   But I cannot get it out of demo mode if that were the problem.

Issue two, I can put it into forced compressor run mode, it beeps, nothing happens but some clicking.  There is no 5 volt to the inverter and no 2.5v at orange to the inverter.  The inverter also does not smell, but there is an ozone smell from the relay area.   No led on main control, no led on inverter.

Diagnostic says nothing.  Can confirm all buttons work on front display.

I wrote it up to change main board, am I wrong, did I miss something?

All samsung boards smell burnt. You can see all the traces on the main pcb if you unclipped it. I'm wondering how you lost your 120 vac and low volt dc

Pcb is powered directly from noise filter. You must find  why you don't have power to it.

It really looks like it is stuck in demo mode.  I did all the procedures to get it out of demo mode, the display looks just like this.

I got no power to the fan or inverter.  I did not check for the 120ac.
was more focusing on not getting power to inverter.

No leds and that chime, it has to mean something but I don't see anything.  Is there a better resource on this unit than the fasttrack?

But I have power at the front board and interior lighting so I would think the noise filter is okay.  I didn't check it as it's behind the water valve and all.

Noise filter looks like it only has 2 wires plus ground out so you can't have 120 vac at main pcb and not inverter unless it had a connection problem at the split

Ok that makes sense. Being stuck in demo mode IS the issue but I've also never tried to put into forced modes while in demo either. It may not send the 2.5 and 5vdc out until you get out of demo. I'd say it's likely the main pcb if indeed the front buttons work

It's crazy.   I do get 120 at board, I'm sorry I may of made my description confusing.  I did not check for 120 at inverter as I just wanted to check for signal.

I have seen these Sasmungs accidently put in demo mode and I saw the lights and told the cutomer this should be an easy fix.   forty minutes later I was still behind the fridge tracing wires.

I know I it's odd that even if it's not in demo mode, that I can't get it in demo mode.  So just the fact that the input does nothing at 3 mississippi or 8 mississippi lets me know I have a control issue.  I can verify that the front buttons do all work.   But the display is telling me it's in demo mode.

Okay, I feel confident I will get the main board.  I can get the inverter locally so no problem there if it's bad too, but I suspect it's not. Now if the fans were coming on and then no compressor I would suspect the inverter, but I have no fans and no inverter and was thinking maybe the voltage inverter on the main board is bad so I have no DC>
