My husband thinks the pump is not working because the water must come out because when I turned in on it ran and I saw water in the bottom of the dishwasher, but it seemed extra quiet like maybe it was not spraying.  The was about a $600 washer we bought in 2011.  Not sure if worth fixing or if the pump and labor would be the same as buying a more reasonable dishwasher.   I ran it on Normal then proscrub then light china cycles and all left food as if never sprayed with water even though you could tell water came into the tub.  Thoughts?  Please help.

I dont think that is a good model number! Do you hear any noise? SOUNDS like the pump is not running, but if it is and you dont hear water spraying with much force it may have a plugged impeller screen O0 O0

:thanks: It was completely clogged and disgusting and the propeller was off.  Does that mean it is broken?  I am going to show someone.  I cleaned it off as well as everything else.  I will do a much better job getting food off my dishes going forward for sure!  Wow!  Always get all corn kernals off!

I am going to see about ordering the part.  Thanks again!

More like $16 as shown in the link Dab posted before your reply. I'll repost the link here as it is from one of our parts affiliates.

Yes, it needs to be replaced.
Even if it was not broken and just clogged I would replace it with a new one as the blades can get dull over time.
I have found from experiance that if you had to clean the screen off once it most likely will end up clogging again, so I just replace them the first time around.
