GE Side by Side Icemaker
« on: January 23, 2014, 06:49:59 PM »

I have a client with a GE SXS fridge. She doesn't use ice. In fact she'd like me to remove the Ice drawer and Auger so she can have a bit more storage space in the freezer. I was wondering if that would be detrimental to the operation of the fridge. I don't think so but it could alter the airflow. What do you think?

Take it out. Wont affect anything. Take the icemaker out too.
