MDB8959AWS5 wierd one
« on: January 23, 2014, 07:27:17 AM »

I've got a wierd one going here. I've replaced the dispenser because it had a hole in it resulting in rinse aide leaking out all the time. Customer called back saying she had "bubbles" left in the bottom of the machine and on her upper rack dishes after a cycle. I did some research then replaced the main board. Its still doing the same thing.

I read somewhere that the "chopper" can cause this issue.

Any other idea's? I hate looking stupid in front of a customer.

Might have some rinse aid residue left over from when it leaked out. White vinegar rinse should clear it up. I'd go as far as to pull the upper pump assembly components and verify they are nice and clean.
