They make some beautiful stuff. Whoever designs it apparently actually talks to service technicians and makes their products easy to service. Most jobs on the dishdrawers don't even require tools and the most you need to service one is a #2 Phillips, a small flat screwdriver, a needle nose pliers, VOM and a brain. They can be tricky to the uninformed but once you work on one or two you won't want to work on anything else. The washers are great and relatively trouble-free. The driers seem a little complicated but are solid and reliable as well. The cooking products I have seen are very nice and well made.

I dont work on them. But I have heard good things about them.
