RFG297HDRS freezer compartment ice build up
« on: July 25, 2013, 08:01:23 AM »

I have a Samsung RFG297HDRS french door fridge. The bottom compartment has ice build up on the floor, cleaned it out a couple of times and it keeps coming back. From what I'm researching, I'm  guessing that a drain hole is plugged up or frozen over, but I don't see one there when I remove the drawers. I'm assuming that the drain hole is behind the freezer wall in this model?  I've been looking for instructions to remove the false wall or a schematic online, but I can't find anything that will help. Is there anything like that available? I'd like to have that info before I start removing screws!

Thanks in advance for your help.
