9 degrees this morning with a coating of snow. Took 2 hrs. to get 3 miles this morning. People sure can not drive in the snow.

Sure all the other snow birds are down here by the water,  high 70's, clear skies, & light beeze today.  Come down I could learn a few things from you.  Have an extra kayak  we could go beyond the breakers after the big ones.  It's smoking fun.

No state income tax here, but taxes on every thing else.
