I'm wondering if The GE washer having a TDK capacitor in them means GE thinks as much of their capacitors as I do. It seems like every condensing unit I see comes from the factory with a GE capacitor in them. Once they get past about 6-7 years old my only question is: Do you want to change it or just buy a replacement and keep it in stock because it is on borrowed time. If it's my unit I just swap it and leave the working pull out on sight in case of a failure and not have a new one handy when I can't get one for a day or two.
They just don't seem to make them like they used too. But else is I guess.
