Thermador dishwasher keeps washing but never drains

My customer's Thermador dishwasher keeps washing(splashing)and never drains.I can change the cycle,but still splashing.The display shows "end" all the time.Even the "cancel"button cannot make it drain.The model # is SHUTFE7UC;serial # is DW246US/U12.The owner does not have the user's manual.The dishwasher looks awefully like the Bosch dishwasher,but the service diagnostic key dancing does not work on this one.I feel like a fool.I tried turning off the power a few times,but it does not work.Anybody has any such experience?Please help!

Thermador /    Bosch / Siemens / Gaggenau are all the same company.

Thanks Applianceguru,I will check other brands and look for info to fix that Thermador dishwasher problem.I already told the customer to call local Thermador serviceman to solve his problem since some clients cannot wait.I will still pursue this topic so I can deal with it next time.Thanks again!
