I have the EOC without the number pad, only an up/down bake, clear, time, etc...  How do I view and set the oven temp offset?  My oven is consistently low and I have replaced the oven temp sensor.  I believe the unit is from 2004, the partial serial number is VF3253578.  Its not worth a service call or to replace the EOC, but I figure if I can correct the temp by using the offset then it will buy me some more time before I replace this stove.

The manual http://appliancejunk.com/forums/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=286 referances a proceedure that includes a number pad(again I only have the up/down for temp).

Use your ohm setting to read the temp sensor.
1100 plus or minus 50 at room temp.
If more or less replace it.

Hi it was 1067 or something.  I replaced it anyway, same issue.  I need to know how to adjust the oven temp using my EOC just like the pic above using a similar procedure to the one documented with the EOC that DOES have a number pad.  Again thanks for any help.

The H### you say.  off to get some resistors from radio shack... I will bend the will of this oven.

It was done by someone somehow the first time.
