zephyr Range Hood parts

I have a customer with a Zephyr model number ZTAe365 Range vent hood.  I havent looked at it, but he tells me that the plastic housing piece that holds the fan and light controls in place is broken. 
Does anyone know where to get a parts diagram and where to buy these parts?

Zephyr has great customer support.  I emailed them and they emailed me right back with a number to call.  I called them and got to parts, described the part and they are sending it to me.  Good price and cheap shipping.
