ice auger motor does not run

My friend's new French Dr /bottom freezer Frigidaire model FPHB2899LF3 still makes ice but the auger motor stopped running. The dispenser activator lever in the door only makes a clunk sound (flapper opening) but no ice dispenses. Water does dispense when activated. Is the microswitch gone bad or is this a control board problem?

Check to see if you are getting voltage to the auger motor.
