New dryer motor wiring help please!

Hi all!  Me again!

So I thought I had my motor wired correctly per the old one, guess not!

When I press start the motor hums, I move the drum to help kick start it, it spins, then I believe it's the overload relay that kicks in.

Even without the drum tensioned the motor does not spin by itself.
Think I wired it wrong?

Here's the original motor wiring, yep, that I did take a pic of while waiting on the replacement motor:

Why else would one replace a motor!

some people buy used / non-working Dryers and were told
(or assumes) the Motor is bad

Notice where it is on the old motor, & how the old switch has YL stenciled on it, but no connection.
All I did was follow suite when installing the new motor.

And yes of of course it worked!

Nah, I've had this washer/dryer since 98 as it came with the condo I bought.

It's not the same.  Notice a lack of a purple wire, AJ's pic also shows a doubled up yellow.

Lets focus on my before & after as the before is correct.

I would check the relay as you may be getting poor voltage, that would cause the motor to not start and overheat and quit. Some of those relays could be GENTLY opened and contacts cleaned to TEST not as a permanent fix.
