Control panel displays error code EE-214 M-214
Oven functions are locked out

Does anyone have a service manual for this unit? Error codes are new to me.

Don't want to buy the touch panel if it is something else. Error codes come up with touch panel disconnected.

I have not had time to look at it myself. Read the service manual and let us know what you find wrong or if you have any other questions.

These are not standard fault codes they are EEPROM codes.
Possible causes are bad wire harness preventing control board communication.

Manual shows pins 1 and 10 on the Control panel are shorted by the presence of the control panel. Control board uses this in start up. These traces were open.

Upon shorting the pins the control boards boots to no errors just power loss on front panel.

Control panel or cable was proven bad by using diagram.

New control panel fixed it!

Don't know why it needs to be bonded to the entire sheet metal bezel but that's another story.
