Kenmore washer stops at spin cycle 110.44836300

Trying to help a friend fix her Kenmore model 110.44836300. From what she told me the washer stops at working at the beginning of the rinse cycle. Error codes are FH and F11.

I got more info from her. It does have water going in because it will wash, the clothes are wet. But with 21 minutes left on the timer it gives the error codes. The fabric softener is still there so its just not going into the rinse cycle or whatever the cycle is when the fabric softener is suppose to go in.

wet ... is that water cold ?
 
Rinse uses cold water only
