Unplug the wire connector from the drain pump and place your meter leads on the terminals of the connector, place your washer into drain and check for 120v to the connector. If you have 120v at the connector you know the wiring and the ccu are good. If you don't have 120v at the connector follow the wire to the ccu and unplug it, use your ohm meter to check for continuity of the wires and verify if its good or not. With the drain pump still disconnected from the wire harness carefully apply 120v to the pump ( and old appliance cord works best) and see if the pump runs. If your pump runs and the wires check out good, process of elimination points to a bad ccu. As Tgoods suggested, inspect the ccu, any burn marks on the board or connection point means you need a new ccu. Good luck.
