Kenmoe series 80 won't spin, only very slow agaitate

This seems like a common issue with this model of washer.  I have a machine that won't spin but will pump out the water and agitates very slowly, although it doesn't seem to have any power when it agitates.  when it goes to spin water comes in and pumps out but no spin.  I need to find diagram as well to take it apart.  Thanks for any help.  is it worth fixing?  I have read to replace the diaphram between the motor and ?  can't remember now.

It's a common issue mainly because it's the MOST common top-load washer in the world since 1985.  When you get it open, check the drive coupling.
