Sears Kenmore Model 110 Stops at Rinse Cycle

Our Sears Kenmore M# 110.26432501 washer stops just before the rinse cycle. I can hear a humming noise coming from behind the washer.

Their is a big plug that shoves into the timer. Make sure it is all the way in tight. Sometimes that plug vibrates out. Seen it.

Your washing machine uses cold water for the rinse cycle.

If the washer is not filling with water for the rinse cycle it's probably the water inlet valve you hear humming.

I would remove the hot and cold water fill hoses from the back of the washer and check the screens inside the water inlet valve as they maybe plugged.

If the screens are clean then I would install a new water valve. Here is the water valve for your mode if you need to order one.
