Kenmore washer Model 110.42803130 leaks on fill

I am currently trying to determine the cause of a leak in the fill cycle of this model.
The back is very hard to remove and I am having trouble finding how to get inside to
check the water inlet valve. Could it possibly be the air gap device?  I cannot get this
unit apart to be able to see anything.  Thanks for any help

Might be the tubing is clogged with lint from tub to water level control. Remove the tube from control and blow through it to clear sand and lint out the re attach the hose securely to the control, pump any water in the washer out (if any) and then retry. Could be the pump also:
