The soap dispenser on our GE GSD6200G00WW dishwasher works intermittently. How do you remove it from the door? What activates it?

See the red thingy inside the dispenser? That is a wax motor. The wax motor is wired into the motor circuit. As the motor goes the wax expands inside the wax motor and pushes a pin out which kicks the flap open. Clever ain't it?
