dryer motor bad?

i am working on a kenmore 110.60912990 dryer  it runs for twenty minutes the cuts out. i have replaced the fuse and cycle tstat and roller bearings.
still the same. is there a procedure for checking the motor? How could I have diagnosed this correctly from the beginning?

Does this happen on Timed Dry or Auto Dry?
Does the motor restart right away?

This happens on timed dry.The motor must cool down before it will restart . I am thinking about a 1/2 hour cool down before it will restart.

Disassemble the dryer.
Check the blower wheel for a lint buildup.
Check for a loose belt.
Check for a stuck roller on the belt tensioner.
Check the drum roller supports they must turn freely.
Turn the motor shaft by hand. It must turn freely.

I installed a new belt, new roller supports, cleaned the dryer wheel. It is still the same.
