Please help on a samsung RFG297AARS/XAC.

I bought a RFG297AARS/XAC two years ago, but found last year it has unstable temperature in its fridge. Food and Veg are almost frozed sometime, I use a small thermo to check, found the temperature could change between 0.5 to 6 when I set the temperature to 7 (I set the highest temperature because the temp is usually low in the fridge).
I asked a samsung tech to fix last year, they charge ridiculous, first check they asked for $90, and didn't find a problem but suggest to replace a main board, and next trip, a new board and service charge total in $260. But obviously it was not fixed. And they don't gurantee, now I have to pay them again to have someone check it.
So I hope someone here can help me, I can do some fix if it is not that hard. And could someone send me the service manual please.

Good chance your problem is a thermistor. I could not Get Jw's manual to come up, and I could not find a definite part #, but I'm sure you'll find a thermistor on the freezer wall. I would bet money that is your problem. Pull the toe kick off the front and see if there is a tech sheet tucked away. This may help you diagnose your problem.

All I have is that manual but from it you should get an idea how it works and what to look for.

I know it's been sometime ago now, but was wondering what you ever did with this refrigerator.
I also have the correct service manual for this model now.
