Unable to download a manual- what am I doing wrong?

I tried downloading a maytag repair manual for an MSD2756 and it says AJ technicians can login and download manuals, and it won't let me download although I was logged in. Has something changed in the last few months since I was last here?

Yes, at this time only AJ Technicians can download the service manuals from our downloads section.

There are also some other options.

1. If you share with us in our forum what you are working on and request a service manual I will send it to you via PM.
2. As you should have seen as a 'guest' or 'regular member' there is a link on the download page to purchase the service manual download.


This is something I'm going to try for awhile to see how it goes.
