ok, well, not 100%, but better.

The "Intellidry" function is not working properly; the unit is turning off prior to completion.

But on a good note, the unit seems to be running much warmer.  Still a work in progress, I suppose.

What component(s) control the "Intellidry" stuff?

Does is measure humidity, or what?

Oh something else, also.

Should I invest in this "Permagum" for that seal?

And what is the best contact cement to use to seal the liner against the housing?  It appears much more loose than it should be...

 Would buy a new seal for the door then put on with high temp adhesive

Get some windex and clean the sensor strips off inside the dryer. They probably have buildup on them from dryer sheets and are not sensing moisture as well as they could be. Also yank out the dryer sensing board and clean the contacts on the copper if cleaning the sensor strips don't pan out.

ok, back to square one...rrrrr!!  The unit is still not getting hot enough --

I'm going to swap out the thermostats and see what happens!  UNREAL!!

The lint trap seems to be gathering lint very efficiently -- does this mean the air flow from the tub is sufficient?

Right -- I have purchased one already, and will replace it first (likely the after noon) -- interestingly, I replaced this component one year ago, and swapped it out with the original about a week ago, just to see if it would make a difference.  It didn't.
