Kenmore dishwasher noisy

We have a sears kenmore dishwasher, model number 665.16572200 that is noisy when it runs.

It seems to be noisy during the drain cycle. My husband took it apart and could not find anything in it like we have read in other topics.

What do you think could be the problem?

If you did not find anything in the drain pump I would go ahead and replace it.

This is a common problem that I see a lot with this type of dishwasher.

I called my husband at work and told him what you said.
He said I should order the drain pump and he will replace it.
