LG washer OE error code

Hello,
I have a LG front load washing machine model WM2032HW that is getting a "OE" error code.
There is still water in the tube when the code registers. With a water frequency around 235.
I have cleaned the door casket, removed the pumps and made sure nothing was in the drain basket or wrapped around the impeller.
The washer will drain if run empty but it has any load in it at all we get the "OE" error code.
Most times we can work around it but running a rinse and spin only cycle.
Although I still feel the clothes are coming out wetter than normal.
When I had the pumps out I cleaned them well.
The drain pump can be broken down as it you can remove the armature. (I'm sure you know that).
I only mention it because the armature was wet and there was some sentiment in the housing. I tried to replace it firmly the O-ring looked fine.
Do you think I need to replace the pump or could this be a pressure switch…or something else?

Yes, the drain pump plastic impeller is not turning with the motor properly causing the water not to drain properly.  Replace the drain pump.
