GE Refrigerator PDW22SHRARSS Making a clicking noise and not cooling

GE Refrigerator Model PDW22SHRARSS

Customer said the refrigerator was making a clicking noise and not cooling.
If they pushed the turbo cool button it would click faster, but still did not cool.
After awhile it started cooling and worked for a few hours before it stopped working again.

Found the main control board to be at fault and replace it with a new one.
