counterweight broke off & in millions of peices, i order the counterweight, rear tub, & basket assy., tear her down, rebuild her, she will be good as new.

I have seen one that bad. Customer had built a platform out of 2X4 and plywood and set the washer onto it. It literally shook itself apart. The washer was only a month old. GE Tech line said they consider it a repairable job and would not replace the washer.
