Looking for Manual for WM3987HW; Lint Buildup in Condenser?

I was looking for answers to some questions regarding LG's WM3987HW ventless combo washer/dryer. I was hoping to find a copy of the service manual for this model.  Can't find it on this site or any others that I've checked so far.  My main concern is that I am in rural north Idaho and there isn't as much selection in this area for LG service techs.  And getting someone to our place incurs large travel charges.  I've had some experience doing maintenance on a Maytag Neptune washer and replaced/serviced different parts.  I'd like to know all I can about the LG model.  In particular, I'm concerned about reports of lint buildup in the condensing heat exchanger unit that is not user serviceable.

Any helpful tips or guidance would be very much appreciated.

Lint buildup in the condensing tube can be a problem but to resolve this issue, open the top panel and remove the fan motor assembly (M110).

Using a pitcher of hot water, pour it down the condensing tube (M120).  You may have to do this several times.

Turn on the washer and set to spin to remove the water in the tub.

Check to make sure the thermistors (M235) and (M230) are cleared of any lint debris around it.  This will require you to remove the duct outlet cover (M100). 

Once you've cleaned out the condensing tube, remove the back panel to access the bellows (M310).  Loosen the hose clamp on the tube side and pull out the bellows.  Clean out any remaining lint debris in this area and reassemble the unit.
