Model #PLMBZ209GCA, there was no power to this unit, just like it was unplugged. Removed the wrapper and checked the connection at the filter board for proper voltage. When I measured between the L1 (hot) and neutral, I was getting 0vac which is generally an indication of no source voltage, but if I measured between L1 and ground, I read 120vac. I then checked between neutral and ground only to read 120vac. Source voltage measured on a neutral line is a sign of on open or floating circuit, and sure enough, the power cord on this unit measured no continuity between the plug end and the board connection when I checked the neutral side. Remember, you can have the proper voltage present, but without current flow, nothing works. Replaced the
power cord , and now current has a path to follow.
