Maytag Neptune Gas Dryer Timer Issue

I have a Maytag Neptune Stackable Gas Dryer - Model #MUG2000AWW that is having a timer issues. Dryer works perfectly in all setting except Intelli-Dry Setting. Timer will not advance t- hermostats cycle on and off but timer stays in same position. All wires are connected on back of unit and to the sensor?

or it's wiring is shorted
OR the Electronic Dry Control is bad
