Customer complaining that the machine will not drain out.  There was only 24 volts going to the drain pump. I change the main control board and the machine pumped out however, that is all the machine will do and continues to pump.  I replaced the main control board with the original board in the machine worked for 1 cycle.  I also replaced the door lock and water pump address to check in because I stock them.  Could I have a bad man control board from the factory?

Go to the water pressure switch line.  Pull the hose off the pressure switch and blow into the rubber hose, NOT THE SWITCH!!!! 

What's happening is that there is some suds residue inside the hose and is air locking the pressure switch.  Once blown out, it should work as normal.

I did that,  and heard the air in the tub,  still nothing.

You may have a bad board then.  Replace the board and see what happens.

Went back with new board and pressure sensor,  still nothing.  Had him call samsung

24 volts between harness terminals or to ground?

Between terminals,  measured 120 with replacement board though
