LG Refrigerator ice/water dispenser stuck "on"

The ice maker/water dispenser on my LG refrigerator model LRSC21934SB got stuck in the "on" position, I had to shut off the water in order to disconnect it. Any ideas??

This is a pesky problem.  You will need to disassemble the display assembly and get into the dispenser switch area in the funnel frame.  Look for where the white lever makes contact to the door frame and shave off the plastic frame a little to clear the white lever.  That's the best way I can describe it.  It's a guessing game where it might be.
