I have a Kenmore Elite washer that runs fine until it gets down to 2 min. mark on the digital read out and it wont advance any further model # 110.45862400 serial #css2615412 I dont even know where to start I dont have a tech manual any advice or where I can get a tech manual at sure need help and fast thanks Greg

The manual posted above will help you. I would start with the door latch and the drain pump.
Make sure they are both working correctly.
