Whirlpool Washer Won't Heat

I pulled off the back panel and checked the continuity of the thermal fuse, the cycling thermostat, the heater, the high limit thermostat, and the high limit cut off, and all are good. What's next in trouble shooting?

Everything else seems to be working fine. The drum spins so is it a switch issue? Not really sure where to go next.

Check incoming power for 240vac at the two hot leads.  Check for continuity at the timer.  I don't have a schematic, but just check between the two thickest wires at the timer.  The only thing left would be the motor switch, terminals 1 and 2.  The motor switch can be only be checked when the motor is running.

Thanks for the help. What about the heating element? I guess that could be bad as well.

I pulled out the heating element and sure enough on of the coils was broken.

The redeeming quality was he got his model number right.
