Whirlpool Refrigerator

In the last few months I have come across new 18 cu. ft. Whirlpool fridges, (Model number WRT138TFYW00), with cracked or split drain pans.   These pans are installed never to be replaced, or so it seems.   They are secured into the bottom of the fridge with four vertically installed 1/4" screws and even with these screws removed and the main rear frame dropped, the pan will not budge.   Does anyone have any ideas?

Did they glue it to the bottom plate?  From all the views I can pull up the four screws you took out should allow it to come free....
