Old GE Refrigerator identification and freezer removal
« on: January 04, 2015, 03:30:34 PM »
I have an old GE fridge I would like to know the year of,and other info,  and I can't find anything online.   Model #TA211WG. I would also like to know if it is possible to remove the freezer section of the fridge. It ices over too much,  I never use it, and I would like to  make room for more drinks,  maybe even a pony keg eventually. Thoughts?

I would say it's at least 40 years old. The freezer is a necessary part of the refrigerator, you can't remove it.
