Kenmore Range model # C970-440321

Hi: I am checking on a Kenmore ( Frigidaire built) range  model # C970-440321. There is steam getting in between the glass and then water running down and making it hard to see in the oven. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to correct it and also which service manual is for this unit. Also need a parts breakdown as well.

Being he is from Canada the model number maybe correct.
I think some of them sears model number maybe different up there then what we normally see.

sorry    I forgot to add this is a smooth top slid-in range

All of these doors are vented and will do that. Only thing I know to do is take the door apart and clean it occacionally.
