do you have the service manual of any GE food disposer?
Could you please advise me how to disconnect the milling disc from the rotor?

could not find a manual for this or parts break down, i would just replace with  AP5323616 .

I don't think they are made to be repaired.
Don't think I have ever seen a service manual for any brand of food disposer let alone repair parts.

Your GE model is a less expensive model to start with and it looks like they sell for less then $100 for a new one.
