Kenmore Stove Shuts Off

Ok, I'm helping a friend of mine.  I have focused mainly on laundry until recently so I have a stove question.  Model# 665.75801  This is from a email from my friend:

It usually shuts off after it reaches the temperature setting. Sometimes it won't go off preheat before it shuts off. We can always turn it back on but the shutting off part is the main issue.

Is that a control board issue?

This is a direct spark ignition range. It will preheat and then will not re-ignite. This model has a spark igniter mounted directly to the bake burner assembly. There is a service bulletin about this issue. Replace the burner/igniter assembly and you should be good to go.
