Dead whirlpool dishwasher

Hi,

My mother has a dishwasher that is dead.
It's a four your old whirlpool DU943PWKQ0.

Any thoughts on what I should check first?

First be sure there is voltage to the dw, then check the wires behind the toe panel, known place for the wires to burn off at the wire nuts, then check the door switches, if they are bad the unit is dead, if ok check the fuse on the control board to see if it is dead, reference #4 in this breakdown CLICK HERE: DU943PWKQ0

It was the fuse on the control board, part # 675813


I replace it with a new one a few day's later and it has been running great.
