Electrolux Microwave M/N E124M0451BA

I have not seen this unit, was asked by another tech about it. I don't know if this is even a good model number. The customer complained that the digital display did not look right. First tech out ordered a board. When next tech (part changer) went out replaced the board everything looked the same as original display, so part changer ordered yet another board third tech out today with third board and display looks the same. He called me to see if I knew what this display should look like. Haven't seen one of these. If there is a manual out there, I would appreciate a copy or if anyone has seen one of these units. They claim the words look wrong, like the word pizza comes up when that button is pressed and has a strange unacceptable to them look about it. any ideas.....Thanks Mo.....

From what I can tell the model number is not correct.
If you can post a good model number I can do some more searching for a service manual/tech sheet.

Other then that I don't have any experience with such a problem. Maybe another tech will have some advice for us.

Looks like it's also the letter 'o' in the middle and not a zero and the 1 at the end is another letter 'i' instead of the number one.

That leaves us with a model EI24MO45IBA
