LG Refrigerator blowing Start Capacitors

I have a LG Refrigerator/Freezer Model # LRSC26922TT that keeps blowing start capacitors I've already replaced the start capacitor and run capacitor on this unit before along with the main board, PTC and thermal overload. Has anyone had any experience with this happening to them. I also ohm'd out the compressor and the compressor will start with test cord. Could this compressor be cause of the blown out start capacitors, what would cause this? I've also noticed the LED temperature sensor not reading correctly.

Use a higher rated start capacitor.  It might be that the compressor needs a little bit more push to get rolling.  Check the label on the cap and go about 10% higher to see if that will resolve the issue.
