Maytag Bravos Gas Dryer-No Heat # MGD6400TQ0

Going to be looking at this tomorrow for a friend of the family. Gas dryer no heat. I'm going to check the thermal cut-off and coils. Can someone send me a link to the manual? I have no experience with these yet but I know its a typical gas dryer of which I have plenty. Gonna wing it! Lol! Are these like the typical Neptunes where you have to remove the door and gain access from the front? Thanks!

Just like a whirlpool dryer. Remove lint screen screws from the top.
Release the two front clips with a putty knife to pop the top.
Then remove the two inside screws that hold the front on so you can lift the front off the bottom clips.

I found the service manual on here last night after a little digging. It IS just like a Whirlpool. Just a fancy control panel and door. I also saw how much a board for this sucker cost. GEEZE!

It don't always work that way, but in this case it did.

White thermal fuse was bad. Was not severely clogged with lint but I took it completely apart, cleaned lint, oiled rollers and motor. Also replaced the coils as preventive maintenance.
