Maytag Neptune TL stuck on agitate

Maytag Neptune TL - Model# FAV6800AWW is stuck on agitate at the 30 minute mark displayed on the LED and will not advance. The machine just spins and will not advance to the next cycle. Regardless if I cancel the cycle or not, I tried unplugging the machine and resetting the cycle but it just wants to agitate. Tried getting into the diagnostics and the low water level code showed that the machine was low on water. Took the pump out and did find a couple coins thinking this would be the issue but still not advancing. Machine will not pump out unless I go into diagnostics and force the pump to come on. Now the machine will not fill it just sits there and agitates.  Would the motor control board need replacing or Main control board? Any sugguestions?

sounds like the main control, but an these machines i have replaced the clutch alot.

The drain pump wont turn on until the control board senses the basket is spinning at 90 RPM or higher.  It could be the clutch or the tub displacement sensor.  My money is on a bad clutch.

Ok got into the Maytag Neptune TL today. I replaced the Clutch. While I was under there I also replaced the Tub Seal and both the inner and outer bearings #6207DU. While removing the tub I found $3.32 in quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies under the left paddle. I was hoping this would cause the washer to stall but after buttoning up everything I tried a quick wash which started at 30 MINUTES and it filled and agitated till it got to 24 minutes and just sat there and agitated still? Any help would be appreciated. I do not know what else to do.....
