ive replaced the Thermo cut off and the high limit three weeks ago and it blew the cut off again i checked for vent obstruction all is clear about a year ago we replaced both and now we replaced them again about three weeks ago and the cut off blew what can it be

Heating element could be grounding out, staying on at all times causing it to blow.

Turn the unit to Air Only setting and see if you get Heat. If you do replace the board, the heat relay if stuck. Ran into this several times on this model. With the relay stuck, the element never cycles off, thus popping the high limit and/or themal fuse.

i have the same problem with cust. so far, replaced heater , motor, & thermostats, including thermistor. cust. said still stops in cycle. vent also was cleaned out. i now have control on order.
